The Journey

Six sessions in — any AI tool, now or next year, becomes yours to drive.

This course teaches principles, not tools — prompt engineering, design thinking, analysis, communication, defining needs, scoping problems. You direct AI to build real assistants that help you, not the generic slop everyone else is shipping. Ten thousand-plus AI products on the market today, a fresh batch every six months. Master the principle and they all become tools you can actually use.

1 Day One

Meet AI

Meet AI

From zero to a first meaningful conversation with AI. Master the four trust zones, learn when AI is confidently wrong, and handle its Achilles' heel: maths.

2 Day Two

Personalise your AI

Personalise

The R+T+C+F prompting framework + Reverse Prompting. Same question, better answer. Set up Memory and Temporary Chat so the AI actually belongs to you.

3 Day Three

Vision & Documents

Vision & Documents

Use the camera to identify things, upload a health report or MPF statement for instant plain-language explanation. Custom Instruction adds protective defaults — maths runs on Python, and professional-judgement moments trigger a nudge to consult your specialist.

4 Day Four

AI creation & anti-scam

Image, Video & Guard

Make cards, restore old family photos, blend a picture with a grandchild, meet AI video generation — and learn to spot voice clones and deepfake scams before they reach your family.

5 Day Five

Vibe Coding — the method

Vibe Coding Method

Think the three steps: outcome, input, trust. Use Gemini Canvas to build your first working app in 20 minutes, then wire in real weather data by hand.

6 Day Six

Build Day · your own real app

Build Day

The whole class co-builds a health or investment assistant app. You draw the AI's safety boundaries yourself (four safety questions + system instructions). The data lives in your own Google Drive — it survives a new phone.

Frequently asked

Common questions, answered once

  • I have never written code. Can I actually build an app in session six?

Yes. Sessions five and six use Gemini Canvas — no code required. Sessions one to four build the thinking you need, so session six can be about your own idea, not the tool.

  • What language is the class in? What about the materials?

Class is taught in Cantonese; slide body copy is written Chinese (書面語) with English cross-references for key technical terms (e.g. hallucination / 幻覺). Printed workbook is Traditional Chinese.

  • What happens if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded and shared to the class cohort group. Preview before the next session. If you need to fully redo one, we'll help you sit it in the next cohort.

  • Why keep the class to 8–10?

Because AI is intensely personal — each learner runs into different edges. A small class lets the instructor address every one, and lets every learner leave each session with a working artifact.

  • Is there support after the course ends?

Yes. All learners join a post-course cohort group where the instructor shares AI tool updates (major changes roughly every six months) and new prompt patterns.

  • Where is the class held? When does it start?

[TBC — venue and dates are confirmed shortly, and the registered list hears first.]
